From our Founder:

My name is David A. Alvarez, although I am the founder since 1999, I believe the honorable reputation, the foundation of GEO and its mission is the brain child of all the TEAM members and restaurant owners who have helped along the way since the 1980s. It takes many people and centuries of combined knowledge to create something special like GEO to serve our fellow restaurateurs with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
