My name is David A. Alvarez, I am the founder of GEO since we were established in 1999. I believe our honorable reputation is the foundation of GEO’s success. Its mission is the brain child of all the TEAM members and restaurant owners who have helped further this mission since the 1980s. It takes many people and centuries of combined knowledge to create something as special as GEO that serves our fellow restaurateurs with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
